In ‘The Competitive Advantage of Nations’ Michael Porter the strategy guru said, ‘Education and Training constitute perhaps the single greatest long-term leverage point available to all levels of government in upgrading industry. ’Unfortunately, while many organisations claim that people are their most important asset, their actions do not always support this.

The Human Resources faculty at GTC believes very strongly in the importance of developing human capital across the whole organisation whether it is public, private or not-for-profit. Drawing upon a high calibre of speakers, our aim is to provide all delegates with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes to help their organisations succeed in a competitive global economy.
