Course Overview

This course aims to advance the delegate's leadership skills with a view to improving organisational performance. Using case studies and interactive sessions, it examines several leadership theories, identifies the individual’s preferred leadership styles and demonstrates routine workplace behaviour. These will improve efficiency and place the individual in an advantageous position when being considered for promotion.

Any member of the public services, parastatal or private sector who has a managerial, leadership or supervisory role and who wishes to learn or develop effective leadership and motivational skills.
