This course will focus on helping the delegates acquire a professional approach to giving evidence in a trial, especially for the more vulnerable. Delegates will look at the legislations that have been designed to help the vulnerable, when they are called upon as witnesses. This will give delegates the tools to approach any court proceedings or interviewing any witness in a manner that will benefit.
