Just like Cape Town, there is an emphasis on culture and heritage with a modern and exclusive blend to it. Most of its infrastructures are newly built and modern without straying from the cultural essence the city upholds. A city built on sand and water, Dubai offers a warm season all 12 months of the year. In addition to the training, there are various activities to take advantage of, particularly the desert safari which is a learning experience in itself.
